Description

Berlin, 1942. La guerre s'enlise, et les Allemands commencent à sentir que l'issue ne sera pas victorieuse. Joseph Goebbels, ministre de la Propagande, cherche un moyen de remonter le moral de la population. Et quoi de plus joyeux que le jazz ?
