Description
Features PRINTS, a compendium of protein fingerprints that serves as an adjunct to the PROSITE database. A fingerprint is a group of conserved motifs used to characterize a protein family. Offers PRINTS access via accession number, PRINTS code, database code, text, sequence, title, number of motifs, author, and query language. Allows PRINTS/PROSITE searches by both database and user query sequences.
