Description
Eine wertvolle Hilfestellung zur Effizienzsteigerung der Instandhaltung leistet die EDV-Unterstützung der Instandhaltungsplanung und steuerung sowie -analyse. Das Ziel der vorliegenden Arbeit ist es, durch die Entwicklung eines Instrumentariums Unternehmen in die Lage zu versetzen, ein anforderungsgerechtes IPS-Standardsystem möglichst effizient und objektiv auszuwählen. Der Einsatz des Instrumentariums basiert auf der Einteilung des Auswahlverfahrens in eine Grob- und eine Feinauswahl. Im Rahmen der Grobauswahl werden dem zukünftigen EDV-Anwender Kriterien zur Verfügung gestellt, mit denen er seine unternehmensspezifischen Anforderungen an ein IPS-System zu einem Anforderungsprofil verdichten kann, dem die Leistungsprofile von IPS-Standardsystemen gegenübergestellt werden. Als Ergebnis ergibt sich eine Klasse von Standardsystemen, die die Eingangsgrößen der Feinauswahl darstellen. Das Feinauswahlsystem basiert auf der Nutzwertanalyse. Hierzu wird ein hierarchisch strukturiertes Zielsystem vorgestellt, das über 280 Bewertungsmerkmale mit bis zu jeweils fünf Ausprägungsstufen aufweist. Weiterhin stellt die vorliegende Arbeit einen umfassenden Nutzenkatalog zur Verfügung, mit dessen Hilfe unternehmensspezifische Gewichtungsfaktoren für die Nutzwertanalyse ermittelt werden können.
